Each year, high schoolers graduates trek to thousands of different universities across the nation to spend the next four to five years of their lives. Some of these institutions charge upwards of $66,000 for tuition, housing, and other fees per year. To justify these costs, universities go on to promote their rich study abroad programs, access to exclusive internships, and phenomenal faculty members.
